13 February 2025 (My Future Plan 2 face to face event)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 13th DECEMBER 2024!

Delivered through two sequential "My Future Plan" workshops delivered by Dr. Tony Bradshaw, this programme is geared around identifying and nurturing our next generation of medicines manufacturing industry leaders and accelerating personal skills development.

My Future Plan 1 (delivered as online, remote learning) will enable you to create the right future career plan for you:

  • Online psychometric test

  • Behaviour profile report generated and analysed for your natural / inherent traits

  • Facilitated co-learning to build a distinctive picture of yourself and your natural behaviour traits.

Your My Future Plan 1 workshop will be scheduled for January 2025. Specific datesd will be confimed after registration.

After a 3-4 week gap to allow time for reflection, at My Future Plan 2 (delivered in person, working as part of group of up to 15 similarly minded individuals) you will focus on understanding the key career skills needed to achieve your plan:

  • Further online psychometric testing to create a personal resilience expert report

  • Report analysed to establish your current resilience capability

  • Faciliated workshop and personalised time on the key skills needed in early careers: personal resilience, managing conflict, building trust, leadership and communication styles, and undestandng how to mentor.

Learning Outcomes:

You will gain:

  • Increased self-awareness of your personal traits and behaviours

  • Understanding of your optimal career path

  • A developed personalised career strategy and resilience plan.

Who should attend:

Our focus is upon early career leaders in industry and future leaders, late PhD, post-doctoral researchers and early career reaearchers in academia and industry.
