What We Do and What We Cover

RESILIENCE creates and delivers training courses for the UK medicines manufacturing community, including industry, NHS and education providers, engaging with end users to ensure training adapts to keep pace with evolving technology and sector priorities, such as digital technology, artificial intelligence, data analysis and environmental sustainability.

We look to develop and nurture the UK talent pipeline through education, mentoring and outreach, scaling-up talent growth across the UK through an affiliate membership network, giving widespread access to educational and outreach materials.

We utilise a range of different training approaches to ensure standardisation, accessibility for diverse learning styles, and net zero through digital skills development.

Here’s where we can help.

Embedded Future-Proofing

Embedded Future-Proofing

RESILIENCE is about building long-term partnerships with educators and training providers across all levels. Whilst the Centre comprises four core delivery partners delivering specialist material based on their expertise, we will support training and outreach across 150+ schools, colleges, universities, RTOs, and NHS in the UK. An industry user forum, competitive pricing, and support to microSMEs with limited training budgets are all part of how we ensure a future-proof, sustainable business model. Digital training is strategically embedded throughout the Centre to improve environmental impact in teaching and learning, and enable future investment to drive institutional net zero standards.

Our co-developed and co-branded core training modules and outreach materials are designed to achieve standardisation in core areas, enabling scale out of activities that will grow the talent pool, including volume of new entrants, by inspiring future generations.

Flexible Training Models

Flexible Training Models

The in-depth experience of the trainers across RESILIENCE’s core partners trainers and our onboarded Digital Training Fellows make the Centre of Excellence flexible and agile with respect to emerging training needs, and to ways of delivering training that addresses those needs, as the medicines manufacturing adopts more digitalisation and automation. By coordinating between the Digital Training Fellows and the Trainer Forum we are building resilience across the Centre of Excellence network.
